Orders & Payments
We can amend delivery addresses and contact info etc before posting but cannot add further items - you will need to make a separate purchase instead
You can cancel your order as long as we have not posted it. If it has been posted, you will need to return it for a refund. Please see our Refund Policy page for further information
No - all prices exclude VAT
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Delivery
All orders are free postage and sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. You will have an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class post for an extra cost during the checkout process
Unfortunately, we cannot allow local pick-ups as we are an online business only
No - we only post to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) at present
We aim to post your order within 1-3 working days. Once posted 2nd Class post takes approx 1-3 working days and 1st Class post takes approx 1-2 working days for delivery (dependant on the Royal Mail)
You can track your order by using the link provided on your Dispatch Email. If you hold an account with us, you can use the tracking link in the Orders section
