Orders & Payments

We can amend delivery addresses and contact info etc before posting but cannot add further items - you will need to make a separate purchase instead

For non-customised orders, you can cancel your order as long as we have not posted it. If it has been posted, you will need to return it for a refund. For customised orders, we are unable to accept returns. Please see our Refund Policy page for further information

No - all prices exclude VAT 

We accept all major payment methods including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Card, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa

Delivery

Orders are sent by RM48/RM24 Tracked - all orders are fully tracked and can be posted through your letterbox so you do not need to be home for the delivery

We may use a different postage method in certain circumstances

We post to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland)

Unfortunately, we cannot allow local pick-ups as we are an online business only

No - we only post to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) at present

We aim to post your order within 1-4 working days. RM48 Tracked takes approx 2-3 working days and RM24 Tracked takes approx 1-2 working days for delivery. Delivery may take longer during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday etc) or after bank holidays
