What type of engraving will I receive?

Stainless Steel
Our engraving process uses laser marking, which applies a black design onto the surface of the product without removing any material. This keeps the surface smooth to the touch while creating a permanent finish that is resistant to wear

Wood
The design is laser engraved onto natural wood, where the top layer is carefully burned to create a dark brown finish. Each piece is then protected with a light coat of wax

Shipping

Postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24

Orders are fully tracked and are small enough to fit through most letterboxes, so you do not need to be home for delivery

Personalised items are usually dispatched within 1–4 working days to allow time for engraving

We may use an alternative postage service in certain circumstances

We currently ship to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland)
